Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this highly specialised / niche Organisation based near Abingdon / Didcot to recruit a talented Pay and Reward Specialist on a permanent basis.

You will lead on supporting the Partner to the CEO on preparing detailed cases to request additional pay flexibility for outside of the annual pay remit submission, supporting on discussions with senior management backed up by effective pay / cost modelling. You will be obtaining supporting data from a wide range of sources / systems, managing the implementation of any new flexibilities including planning, communications, developing policy / guidelines, implementation and evaluation / review.

You will also identify and develop improvements that could be made to pay and reward processes, building the case, modelling costs and identifying options for senior managers and union to consider to help the business to manage pay to optimise recruitment, engagement and retention and lead on the communication and implementation of such changes. As part of the role, you will also support the other Pay and Reward Specialist with the annual pay award negotiations and the implementation of the pay award as required, support with the Gender Pay Gap and senior remuneration as needed and share responsibility for managing regular external and internal pay audits and requests for information from senior management and external bodies.

Skills / qualifications:

* Relevant degree or equivalent experience
* Preferably working towards graduate status of CIPD or other equivalent qualification or part qualified
* Good persuasion and influencing skills
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills
* Advanced Excel skills and ability to merge data from different systems
* Ability to present numerical data in a visual way that is easy to understand
* Creative thinker
* Good planning skills
* Strong analytical skills
