Your new company
You will be working for a growing educational organisation in Croydon.
Your new role
You will be working on an FTC expected to last between 6-12 months with the contract length being reviewed on an ongoing basis.
The purpose of the role is to support and drive growth through HR strategy working with the business in the delivery of business and HR projects covering resourcing, employee relations, learning and development. This is an operational role that will involve a high volume of casework at any point.
Duties include:
Develop a HR plan alongside the Head of HR and wider team.
Supporting the organisation with TUPE transfers and restructuring projects.
Managing employment tribunal cases.
Negotiating and drafting of settlement agreements.
Evaluating job descriptions and providing advice and guidance on salary banding.
Delivering Inhouse workshops.
Working with Trade Unions in negotiations, consultations and case work whilst maintaining a good working relationship.
Coaching, mentoring, and supporting all senior leaders on people management practices, issues, and priorities.
Staying up to date on the latest employment law requirements to support senior leaders.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a HR BP role.
You will also need to have experience of managing employee relation issues and restructures.
To demonstrate experience of supporting stakeholders at a senior level.
CIPD is desirable.
What you'll get in return
Salary range is between £50,000 - £60,000 + performance/loyalty bonus, Wellbeing cash plan, Pension scheme + additional benefits.
