Based from Birmingham City Centre this is an opportunity to join a high profile organisation as an interim HR Business Partner. Working alongside peers in a well-regarded, effective and busy HR team you will be something of a change agent as the HR function evolves as genuine HR Business Partners. This is a Fixed Term Contract requiring 18.25 hours a week and running until March 2022.

You must have a strong HR background with the ability to deal with day to day HR/ER issues and yet the role will also see you focus on

* Building effective relationships with senior operational stakeholders explaining how and where HR can add more value as a strategic partner.
* Delivering solutions focused HR advice to staff at all levels.
* Working with HR peers to support the delivery of the People Strategy
* Taking a lead on change projects as the business looks to modernise their HR processes

In order to be considered for this vacancy you should have:

* Relevant experience as a HR Business Partner allied to a CIPD Level 5 qualifications
* The confidence to work as a true Business Partner to senior operational stakeholders
* The ability and tenacity to sell the benefits of change and make it stick
