Job Details

Experienced HR/ER Professional with an understanding of HR Systems & process improvement.. Role in Portsmouth

Were looking for Senior HR Advisors / HR professionals to join a specialist employer relations case work team who will be involved in a wider review of HR systems projects and integration of new ER case Management systems.

As a Senior HR Advisor you will be working as part of a specialist ER team, handling a range of employer relations case work including - grievances, disciplinary, performance, capability, sickness, absence, dismissal. You will be handling a range range of case work from start to finish and advising managers on all aspects HR Policy and Employment law.

The organisation is also undertaking a major review and investment into new HR systems transformation and as such the Senior HR Advisors be involved in the project team reviewing and developing the organisations HR System Modules, ER Case Management Systems. To support the team you will undertake some ER case work but then review and evaluate the existing ER systems/process and make recommendations for the new case management systems and then be involved in developing and rolling out the new ER case Management system.

Candidates
Were seeking experienced HR Professionals with a solid employer relations case work background including complex case work within unionised environments.
Experiences of case work across all areas including : - Grievance, Disciplinary, Performance, Absence,Dismissal, Capability, Sickness etc..
Desirable experience - change management including restructures, redundancy and TUPE.
Ideally you will also have an experience of different HR systems/ER Case Management Systems to support your assessment and review..
ideally experience of implementing new HR & ER systems (but not essential)
Ideally MCIPD / Chartered MCIPD / Level 7 CIPD
Possible to consider level 5 CIPD if substantial experience to be reviewed

This role will be working from Home until September at this point a hybrid model will commence involving a mix of home working and in office working in Portsmouth (negotiable on frequeny)

This role is offered as an initial 12 months fixed term contract with high potential for future opportunities
