Internal Recruiter - Leeds - £30,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience

An International engineering company based in Leeds are looking to recruit an experienced recruiter to join the in-house recruitment team on a full-time permanent basis. This opportunity will require someone who is familiar with working at a fast pace across multiple different vacancies at the same time.

Your new role

This is a fast-paced role and our client is looking for someone who is familiar with providing a high level of customer service. You will manage the end to end recruitment process alongside line managers to support with all recruitment needs.

* Creating job adverts
* Directly sourcing candidates where possible to keep our cost to recruit to a minimum
* Ensuring a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
* Supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
* Processing all applications and shortlisting
* Conducting first stage interview to ensure suitability for the role
* Providing line managers with a concise shortlist of applicants
* Managing the candidate journey from initial application through to offer or rejection stage
* Networking with potential future hires to ensure a consistent pool of suitable candidate applications

Person Specification
* Ability to develop and maintain relationships
* Strong communication skills
* Experience using a range of sourcing channels
* Network with relevant candidates either virtually or face to face
* Able to effectively manage high volume recruitment across multiple varied vacancies
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
* Be engaging and know how to influence individuals at various levels of the organisation
