What we need:

A Human Resources professional with experience of leading and managing a team in order to deliver the organisation’s objectives and effective implementation of the People Strategy workplan

                                                                                                        

An experienced leader with the ability to inspire and engage others and possess strong influencing and relationship building skills with the ability to work across all levels and areas of the organisation in a collaborative style.

What you will do:

You will lead in the provision of an integrated, high performing, customer focused HR service to deliver, implement, and monitor HR change management project plans and be responsible for all employee relations issues arising out of these. 

With sound knowledge and application of employment legislation and HR best practice you will also have strong oral and written communications skills to engage diverse audiences including Members.
