The HR Senior Operations co-ordinator plays a significant role in delivering a customer focused professional generalist HR Shared Service in all people related issues. Working in partnership with dedicated areas across the Company, the role will contribute to the future development of the business by creating, managing and constantly improving resourcing activities that support the company goals.

The main duties of the role cover the employee lifecycle, which include generating contracts of employment, supporting employee changes and processing leavers. The role works closely with the Recruitment team, HRBPs and L&D team to support the transactional HR requirements of the wider HR function.

The HR Senior Operations co-ordinator will proactively ensure the company's HR records are accurate at all times and are in line with legislative requirements, recommending improvements to processes and systems where appropriate. To review, develop and communicate issues affecting on boarding and off boarding of employees with the HR Ops Specialist, ensuring policies, contracts and intranet information within the HR areas are current and applied consistently and fairly across the company.


* Experienced HR co-ordinator with excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to influence managers on HR related issues
* Proven record of consistent achievement across a broad range of HR generalist activities
* Manage multiple priorities and deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy across the board
* Flexible, enthusiastic and a positive 'can do' attitude
* High attention to detail is crucial
* Customer service focus with a passion to deliver for our customers
* Strong team player

It is to your advantage if you meet any or all the following additional requirements:

* Experience working in an HR shared service environment
* Experience supporting a multi-site organisation
* CIPD qualification
