Are you an experienced Recruiter looking for your next contract? Due to additional workload, my client is seeking an Interim Resourcing Advisor, for a 12 month contract to start asap. Mix of remote and site based, so will include travel to Birmingham City Centre. Salary £35-38k.
As the Interim Resourcing Advisor you will work closely with Hiring Managers, to understand requirements, and manage the full end to end recruitment process of between 15-30 vacancies across some harder to find roles. This will include proactively contacting potential candidates, and utilising market-mapping tools to attract relevant candidates.
As an experienced Recruiter you will have the tenacity and drive to manage a number of vacancies. You will have managed the end to end recruitment process.
