Due to additional workload, my client is seeking an immediately available Interim Recruiter for a minimum of three months, possibly longer. 60% Home-based. Company is Oldbury based. Salary £32k-35k + £4k Car Allowance.
As Interim Recruiter, you will work closely with Hiring Managers across all areas of the business, including Head Office functions, Engineering and Warehousing, and manage the end to end recruitment process. This will include direct sourcing of candidates, managing the interview process through to offer stage.
As an experienced Interim Recruiter you will be available immediately or at short notice, and be experienced across the full 360 recruitment cycle.
