Hays are proud to be working with an innovative and exciting construction company in Peterborough who are looking to recruit an HR Business Partner into their growing team.


Your new role
As the HR Business Partner, you will be working closely with the management team to ensure that people are engaged to enable their best performance. The key aspects of this role includes recruitment and onboarding, with a big focus on training and development, performance management, and Employee Relations. You'll play a key role in bringing the company's values to life and championing an inclusive and high performing culture.


What you'll need to succeed
To be the successful candidate you will be an established HR Business Partner within the manufacturing or production industries. You will have recruited up to senior manager level and have a strong understanding of how to create a high-performance environment as well as experience of designing training programmes. You will be commercially minded and a trusted advisor to managers and colleagues. You will be diligent in nature and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive remuneration of up to £50,000 with 25 days holiday plus statutory holidays.
