Temporary HR & Recruitment Coordinator

Your new company
You'll be joining a fast paced organisation during a very exciting time. Recruitment is very busy for them at the moment which is why this temporary role has come about. You will support the Talent Acquisition Manager with the end to end management of recruitment activities for close to 30 new permanent roles over the next 8 weeks. Currently the organisation are working remotely until September 2021.

Your new role
You will coordinate interviews, liaise with hiring managers to gain their feedback throughout the recruitment life cycle and will engage with stakeholders across the business to update them on recruitment time lines and talent pipelines. You will support managers and in some instances you will lead the interview process. In addition to the recruitment support, the HR team are currently working on an OD project and you will assist them with MI gathering, contributing to a salary bench marking and job evaluation framework.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in supporting recruitment activities is vital to be considered for this temporary role. You must be confident in conducting interviews and have a solid understanding of employment law, end to end recruitment processes and best practice. You will be a confident user of Zoom, as the organisation use this platform for all interviews currently.
