Your new company
This busy, fast paced organisation in central Birmingham are looking to bring on board a strong Senior HR Administrator on a 9 month FTC with the likelihood the role will then be made permanent. They need someone who comes from an administrative background but who has also had exposure to all areas of HR. They also need someone who has good attention to detail, is switched on and can work quickly and efficiently.

Your new role
This role will be a very fast paced and busy position which will involve general administration work, supporting the HR systems and administration team in all aspects of HR. You will be a first point of contact to University employees on day to day administration queries. You will be dealing with HR colleagues of all levels, key stakeholders and leaders within the organisation and must be able to communicate with them effectively.

What you'll need to succeed
For this role you must be an experienced HR Administrator, you must have excellent attention to detail, an effective communicator and you must be able to work efficiently and effectively. You will need to be immediately available or on a short notice period and be able to travel to central Birmingham.
