Your new role
Starting initially for 2 months, with the possibility of extension, depending on workloads. This role is working working from home, Mon-Fri 9:00-17:00 with half an hours lunch. (37.5 hours/week)

What you'll need to succeed

* Applicants must have Microsoft experience and proven administration/secretarial experience.
* Experience of handling telephone enquiries
* Experience of working in a team setting
* Must be a good communicator, capable of constructing and delivering clear information and instruction to a wide range of people.
* Proficient keyboard skills and ability to input data accurately and with excellent attention to detail in all aspects of work.
* You must be able to use Skype confidently, be familiar with MS Office,
* Excellent data entry and good attention to detail, and be able to work in a busy, demand-led environment.
* You will be responsible for organising and controlling own workload ensuring deadlines are observed and duties performed efficiently, and occasionally provide cover as directed by line manager for other team members.
