We are seeking a passionate, forward thinking and innovative individual to contribute to the vision, purpose and aims of our service through improving knowledge, skills and behaviour that will drive the organisation forward.

The role is responsible for the implementation and overseeing of Learning and Development through training needs analysis, the design and delivery of training and its evaluation. The role will support and guide managers to ensure that their training needs are met in line with workforce planning activities.

In addition, the role will support and develop leaders through the design and delivery of Leadership Development programmes, coaching and mentoring and the assessment and quality assurance of qualifications and learning pathways.

The successful candidate must be passionate about developing people, ensuring they reach their full potential. They must also have the ability to work in partnership with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

Significant experience of undertaking training needs analysis, designing and delivering training and the management of training budgets is essential, as is delivery of Leadership Development.
