People are at the core of our continued success and to support this, we are seeking a People Advisor to join our Academic and Research team.
Reporting to a People Partner, your key role will be to provide proactive support to a number of stakeholders in employee relations cases, recruitment, performance and absence, coaching managers and developing excellent working relationships with your client groups. This is a generalist role and you will also undertake project work (as required) working closely with the wider People Team in supporting business strategy and facilitating change.
You will be educated to degree level and be CIPD qualified or working towards a CIPD qualification. You will have had previous experience in a HR role and be confident in managing employee relations cases to conclusion. You will be an effective communicator, willing to challenge and coach as necessary and enjoy the challenge of working to rapidly changing priorities. Flexibility, pace and resilience are key as is the ability to manage multiple competing demands in a complex global environment.
Interviews will commence from early September 2021.
