OD Coordinator (Human Resources / HR)



Full time

12 month fixed term contract

They own and manage around 40,000 homes in Warrington, St Helens, Liverpool and beyond, making them the region’s largest affordable housing provider.

They are currently seeking an OD Coordinator to join their team. The main purpose of this role is to work in collaboration with colleagues to provide an effective and professional HR support service.


This is an important role in which you will:

  • Provide a tailored recruitment service to coordinate and deliver recruitment campaigns
  • Assist in the development of the recruitment system to provide a positive candidate experience
  • Be the first point of contact for new employees including completing first day inductions
  • Take part in process reviews, identifying where more efficient ways of working can be achieved and implementing these appropriately


To be successful in this role you will:

  • Be CIPD Level 3 qualified or equivalent 
  • Have experience of delivering an effective recruitment provision within a busy OD function
  • Have experience of dealing with confidential records
  • Have experience of writing operating procedures . manager guidance
  • Have the ability to adapt and work in a busy and ever changing environment
  • Demonstrate high levels of motivation and resilience combined with enthusiasm, commitment and a curious, inquisitive approach to challenge and seek continuous improvement
  • Have sound knowledge of recruitment good practice and legislation
