In the LEGO Foundation we share our overall mission with the LEGO Group – to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow. It demonstrates our shared heritage and is the guiding star for everything we do. The LEGO Foundation aims to build a future in which learning through play empowers children to become creative, engaged, lifelong learners. We are dedicated to re-defining play and re-imagining learning to ensure children build the broad set of skills they need to thrive and succeed.
Our People & Governance team ensures that talent acquisition and organisational development support the Foundation in working towards its goals and future success. This is an exciting time for us at the LEGO Foundation as we continue to grow and to invest in the extraordinary talent that we are fortunate to attract and nurture.
The Senior Specialist that we are now seeking will support short and long term organisational development and talent acquisition to increase productivity and desired impact via improvement in leadership, people development, job design and structures.
You don’t have to have worked for a foundation or non-profit before, but you do have to share our values, bring a collaborative and positive approach and be passionate about supporting our mission. We are seeking candidates with significant talent acquisition experience including familiarity with applicant tracking systems, solid understanding of full lifecycle recruitment processes and experience of organisational development.
Preferably with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, you will understand the drivers of organisational and individual performance within a high growth and impact driven culture and have outstanding listening and relationship building skills.
Closing date: 9 August 2021
The LEGO Foundation is committed to diversity and welcomes applications regardless of sex, gender, race, age, sexuality, belief or disability.
