Your new company
Private Sector, in a highly regulated manufacturing company in Cornwall (80 employees) is looking for a standalone generalist HR Manager. 37.25hpw. £30,000pa. Business closes 1 week in August and 1 week in December.
Your new role
You will be part of the SMT with 6 other SMT in a standalone generalist HR role. You will provide expert support and advice both operationally and strategically. You will manage all employee records, ER cases, recruitment, and coordinate HR projects. you will coach managers and directors, ideally have experience of auditing e.g. Training Records etc (ISO 9001). You will be the main point of contact for all HR related matters, manage the internal social media page
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR Generalist and it will be beneficial if you have worked in highly regulated manufacturing company. You will need to be well-rounded in strategic planning, be process driven, have excellent attention to detail and administration skill set. You will be someone who can bring new ideas to the table, have strong influencing and relationship building skills. You will need experience of coaching and supporting managers at all levels. You will need to have excellent attention to detail, administration and communication skills. Ideally you will already have a L5 CIPD qualification and be someone who understands the practicalities on working for a manufacturing company.
