Your new company
This organisation is an independent, charitable social enterprise and the largest leisure provider in the UK. They're proud to work with partners across England, Wales and Northern Ireland to run leisure centres and cultural services.

Your new role
Having recently gone through a large restructure, this role looks after the library centres within the organisation across London, Dudley, and Lincolnshire.

Key responsibilities include:

* Looking after the entire library patch - London, Dudley, and Lincolnshire
* Working alongside the Nation Director of Libraries to set people strategies, manage work-streams, and deliver HR projects
* Manage relationships with Trade Unions
* Train, coach, and up-skill managers
* Manage all ER casework for the directorate, assisting managers who have been assigned ER cases

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will have:

* Strong trade union/industrial relations experience (essential)
* Experience dealing with complex issues - pay disputes, strikes etc
* Proven experience managing ER casework
* Change management experience
* Ideally worked in a multi-site HR role
* A CIPD qualification
