Job Details
Supporting the Head of HR and working closely with the Regional Manager, this commercially focused position will offer huge diversity; building organisation and people capabilities, developing, shaping, and implementing an effective people strategy and regional business plan and, providing a professional, trusted, customer focussed HR service to the business.
This full-time role will be based from home, with 2-3 days/week on the road, at various locations across the North. You can be based anywhere in Yorkshire / County Durham / Northumberland / Lancashire or similar, ideally close to the M1 and/or M6 for routes across the North and into Scotland.
Suitable applicants will have a proven track record of working at HR Partner level, within multi-site retail, hospitality, or similar environments, with a customer centric approach, high commercial acumen and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
You must be a strong with MI reporting and interpretation, possess excellent employment law knowledge and, be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
