IMMEDIATE START, Full time resourcing role working for a leading college based in Deeside. Monday - Friday

My client one of the leading colleges based in Deeside is seeking a professional Recruitment Resourcer to start a 3 month full time assignment ASAP.


Your new role

You will be working as part of a fast paced HR team and sourcing for a variety of different positions with the College
The position is being offered as full time - Monday - Friday and you will be based on site at the campus.
Some of your duties will include but not limited too.
Advertising all available vacancies
Screening applicants
Sourcing candidates
Booking interviews
Working closely with hiring managers and members of the wider HR team
Updating files
General HR administration
Speaking about role opportunities

Please note that if you ate successful in your application an enhanced DBS will be required


What you'll need to succeed

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong organisational skills
Ability to deal with all levels of management
Excellent administrative skills
Passion for providing a first class customer service
