My client is a large Academy Trust, values focused Organisation operating multiple schools across the UK, They are currently seeking to appoint a HR manager for 12 month maternity cover contract
Your new role
You'll provide effective HR escalation and support services for 4 Manchester schools within the academy group
,partnering with the Regional Education Lead, and Academy Heads to minimise and manage risk to the organisation working collaboratively with the wider HR team and on site HR representatives within each school.
You'll also support organisational change and be involved in group HR projects.
Responsibilities will include:
* ER casework
* Managing relationships and Union Negotiations
* HR Policy Queries
* HR Training and Upskilling for SMT and line managers
* Full Employee Lifecyle Support
* Consultations for redundancy & restructure
What you'll need to succeed
Proven Experience in HR Management role
Prior Experience within schools or education advantageous
Understanding of school setting and capability to adapt style
Complex Employee Relations Case experience
Strong HR Generalist skills
