Organisation Development and Learning Development Consultant - 6 Month FTC - Work from Home - Start ASAP

Your new company
You'll be working for the union the supports those working on the front line throughout the recent pandemic and have always put the well being of the general public before themselves. Cardiff is just one of their many nationwide locations allowing flexible working from most locations.

Your new role
You'll be supporting as part if the integral OD Team working closely with the wider HR team including learning and business partners. You'll be working closely with managers across the business and building relationships to establish and support their needs throughout change programmes.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for someone with experience within an L&D and OD capacity to ensure the full depth of knowledge that is required. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge with ED&I and Apprentice Levy.

What you'll get in return
Although advertised as Cardiff this role can be based out of any of their many UK locations and offers a flexible working arrangement. This is a 6 month FTC covering secondment offering all the benefits of a permanent staff member including a 35 hour working week, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays and a generous pension scheme. FTE Salary is £40K
