As Head of People Operations, you’ll lead a team to deliver our People and Diversity & Inclusion strategies. You’ll provide an outstanding service to our staff throughout their employment, from the moment they consider joining us to the time they decide to move on.

We are looking for an MCIPD-qualified HR professional who is motivated by continual improvement. You’ll be responsible for the design and management of our key processes and policies, ensuring they run smoothly, remain relevant, support our future plans, and drive our vision.

In this role, you will work 32 hours per week and there is some flexibility over the daily start and finish times. You could be home-based or work from our London or Leeds offices. The salary ranges from: 

  • London: £46,514 – £53,376 per annum (FTE £50,875 – £58,380)
  • Regional: £39,538 – £45,369 per annum (FTE £43,245 – £49,623)
