About the job

We are offering an exciting opportunity to join Cobalt Health as Resourcing Manager to take forward recruitment and resourcing in a time of growth.

Reporting to the Head of HR and managing a small team, you will lead on the development and implementation of key resourcing strategies, driving positive cultural change and innovative working practices to improve the candidate and employee experience.  You will develop and implement plans to increase diversity and inclusion, promote engagement and wellbeing, ensure values are embedded within the culture of the charity and lead workforce planning, recruitment and retention continuous improvement programmes.  Working closely with functional heads you will embed a robust resourcing approach and develop effective talent management strategies that supports the growth and direction of the organisation.

About you

You will be educated to degree standard and hold CIPD accreditation or equivalent HR/Recruitment experience.  A highly motivated self-starter with a creative approach to resourcing and pragmatic problem solving. Previous supervisory or line management experience.

About you

Educated to degree level with CIPD accreditation or equivalent HR experience. You will be  a highly motivated self-starter with a strong background and interest in resourcing.  Innovative and passionate about continuous improvement you will apply a pragmatic approach to problem solving while upholding the values and principles of what we do.  You will have previous supervisory or line management experience.
