Learning and Organisational Development Officer
Location: London
Salary: £55,471
Contract type: Permanent
Position type: Full-time, permanent post (happy to talk flexible working)
Our client is looking for a highly motivated learning and organisational development officer, who can lead the delivery of excellent learning and development across the organisation.
They need someone to develop an engaging learning and organisational development strategy which puts their staff at the heart of the Company.
The successful person will be joining a small but dynamic Personnel team which delivers a big and varied work programme across the organisation, including their regional and national offices.
What experience, skills, knowledge and understanding do you need?
- You’ll have CIPD level 7 Strategic Learning and Development or demonstrable equivalent with good awareness of learning and development and change management theories
- You’ll need at least 2 years’ experience of delivering a personnel or organisational learning and development role, including delivering creative learning programmes and organisational change management
- You’ll have excellent written communication, presentation and facilitation skills and good interpersonal and influencing skills
- You’ll have sound knowledge of equality, diversity and inclusion issues and an ability to promote these through learning and development
