As Senior HR Consultant you will be first point of contact with your major clients. You will champion inclusive people practices and help their clients build great places to work. Your role will provide senior-level strategic HR generalist support to your clients, ensuring they receive a first-class, people experience alongside strategic, timely advice.

The ideal candidate will have previous senior level HR experience (at Manager or BP Level) within a creative industry and be able to undertake a range of ER cases without close instruction. You will be able to connect with stakeholders and build strong relationships quickly and be able to influence and add value to people related conversations.
