Your new role
You will be working as a Permanent HR Business Partner, 35 hours a week. The purpose of this role is to provide an efficient and professional HR service to the organisation.
Your duties include:
Engaging in all employee relations issues, ensuring that fair solutions are always provided.
Advise Team Managers and Operations Managers on appropriate strategies for managing employee issues in connection with departmental changes, business growth and restricting exercises.
Assisting in the management and in the interpretation of employment legislation to ensure good working practices.
Providing HR support including advice and attendance meetings with Managers/employees.
Being the key point of contact between Employees and Managers, answering any concerns or questions they may have.
Managing ad-hoc projects as and when required.
Assisting with the rollout of new processes.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous experience working as a HR Business Partner in a corporate environment.
Being tech savvy will allow you to succeed in this role.
Strong attention to detail will allow you to work accurately and independently.
CIPD is desirable, but not essential.
Being conversant with employment legislation.
Demonstrable experience in employee relations, working within a fast-moving environment.
Confidence and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
What you'll get in return
Base salary on offer will be £43,000 with a total remuneration package of £51,500, including 10% employers pension contribution, private medical, company bonus and an increase in salary after probation.
