Job Details

I am currently recruiting an Interim HR Operations Manager who can be available to start immediately or at a weeks’ notice for a School Trust based in East London.  The role is paying a salary in the range of £45,000 to £50,000 per year and will be based at the Head office in East London with some flexibility to work remotely 1 or 2 days per week.  It may also involve travel to schools within a few miles.  The role is initially for 3 to 6 months.

This is an important role for the Trust as it sits between the HR Director and the HR Advisory Team.  You will be required to manage the team of 5 and you must have the following experience:

  • Management of an HR Team
  • Experience of working in an HR role with schools
  • Dealing with Teachers’ terms and conditions
  • Influencing senior leaders
  • Handling complex Employee Relations casework
  • Managing and advising on Recruitment
