Your new company
This great public sector company based in central Birmingham are looking for an HR Advisor to join their busy and growing team as soon as possible. They have grown exponentially over the past 12 months and they are looking to further grow and add another HR Advisor to the team. They are a very friendly and welcoming team who support everyone within the HR team and they offer great training and exposure to all areas of HR.
Your new role
Within this role they are looking for you to assist with all areas of HR including recruitment, ER, gathering and managing data, dealing with pay and pensions along with working on policies and procedures. This role will be a very generalist HR role and you will get great exposure to all areas of HR.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will need to be an experienced HR professional who has previously worked within generalist, advisory roles before. Ideally you will have worked for a public sector organisation before and have been working within this sector for some time.
