Kingswood Group are working with an Tech business to recruit an experienced Interim L&D Consultant to design and deliver training to their Managers and Leadership team on a range of people management and development programmes.
Reporting to the HR Director and working within a small HR team, this role will lead on all aspects of L&D for the business from developing an L&D strategy to designing and delivering training to the Management and Leadership team. Ideally the successful candidate will have experience in a similar role within within a Technology or Fintech firm. This is a small to medium sized business so it's a hands on role and will have little admin support. Therefore the candidate will need to be a team player and be happy to manage all elements of the L&D delivery.
The company is based in the City of London, however this role will be a remote position so experience in successfully designing and delivering online training is essential. The role is a 6 month interim contract to start ASAP with some flex e.g. 2-4 weeks notice. There may be a requirement for the post holder to go to London for meetings but this is not confirmed and will not be on a full time basis during the contract if this requirement does occur. This role is outside of IR35.
