My client are money specialist in offering bespoke loans to their customers based in Manchester City centre with a head count of around 110. They are a young and dynamic organisation seeking to recruit a confident Learning Development specialist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your new Job

In your new job as a learning developer you will use your expertise to provide professional learning and development services across all employee groups. You will be responsible in designing training programmes in line with there training and business growth plans. As part of the role you will develop and deliver an induction programme for new staff, evaluate training and development programmes, maintain existing learning materials, design interventions to improve the performance of the business and design and deliver engaging new virtual and classroom learning courses. You will also be required to research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning to ensure that the approach remains engaging. The successful candidate will be innovative, energetic and also flexible and proactive in their approach. Excellent communication skills is essential to help with the delivery and presenting of training while having the ability to engage with all learning styles.

What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an L&D/Trainer Role
- Level 3 CIPD - Proven experience of e-learning design
- Excellent PC Skills
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment and deliver to deadline
