Job Details
Our client, well known in its field, is looking for an energetic and experienced Regional HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, support the development and delivery of business plans and be responsible for the day to day operational delivery of HR
- Work with the leadership teams in the delivery of their talent management and succession planning strategies
- Support the leadership teams through effective recruitment and selection processes to deliver high potential
- Equip line managers with appropriate tools and knowledge re performance management, absence management, career management
- Coach line managers in the development of their individual leadership skills
- Provide a proactive, high paced service that delivers HR best practice
It is essential that you have the following experience:-
- Significant experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in a large multisite fast paced, high volume, commercial business.
- Ability to understand and interpret key business performance measures
- Breadth of view beyond traditional approach to innovate and come up with creative solutions
- Solid experience of talent, succession and resource planning
- Knowledge and experience of OD, Succession Planning and Talent Management
- Able to travel regularly
- Resilience
