HR Coordinator

Temporary role starting ASAP - £11.84 per hour - Remote working - office base Pontypridd

Your new company
You will be working for a large public transport provider based in Pontypridd. The organisation is accessible via some public transport routes and has onsite parking. This role is a remote working post but there could be a requirement to attend the office in Pontypridd.

Your new role
To provide support and guidance relating to general HR activities, HR projects, employee relations cases, assist with recruitment and selection, learning and development, maintaining personnel records and ensuring policies are in line with legislation.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience of working in a HR role previously and have hands-on experience with IT programmes and HR systems. Excellent organisational and administrative skills are required for this role, along with a level of knowledge of employment legislation, including GDPR.

What you'll get in return
You'll join a great organisation for an initial period of 6 weeks with a possibility of further extension. You'll earn a hourly rate of 11.84 per hour, working Monday to Friday. There may be an opportunity to apply for the post on a permanent basis should it be advertised.
