Resourcing Partner, Temporoary, Remote Based

This role is working for a local public sector organisation in Swindon. They are extremely busy and need temporary support for an initial 3 month period.

Your new role

This role has arisen due to growth within the business and they need an additional resourcing partner to meet the orgainsation's requirements.

Daily duties will be:


* Advertising for central services roles
* Being the initial point of contact for all applicants
* Drafting and finalising job descriptions with managers
* Assessing candidate's capabilities for roles
* Providing candidates with an excellent experience
* Delivering interview feedback

What you'll need to succeed


* Recent experience of working within a recuitment department/role
* Excellent communication, both written and verbal
* Immediately available to start within 2 weeks
* Highly organised
