HR Administrator - Enfield/Waltham Cross - £24-25,000 plus benefits

Our client is a blue/white collar commercial organisation that is looking for a HR Administrator to join the HR team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be involved in the following:-

- Providing an administration service to managers and employees
- Responding to HR queries
- Advising Managers on application of common policies, processes and procedures
- Managing new start administration process
- Making arrangement for new joiners to attend the Company Induction.
- Manage all aspects of maternity and paternity
- Recording and tracking attendance
- Maintain accurate employee records

You will need the following experience:-

- Previous experience in an HR administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great relationship builder
- Strong IT Skills
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise, multi task and meet deadlines.
