An Interim Senior HR Advisor role near Hounslow pays up to £38K pa delivering a generalist HR service

Your new company
A global brand based close to Heathrow. Due to workflow, an Interim Senior HR Advisor is required for a period of 8 months.

Your new role
Supporting specific business units and reporting into the Business Partner, you will deliver a comprehensive Advisory service to you managers, supporting with basic ER queries and performance improvement planning.
You will support the HRBP with projects such a restructures, TUPEs and change programs. Alongside project support, you will liaise with managers in ensuring that HR process is followed, that coaching and support is delivered and that change initiatives feed down through the business effectively.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be an autonomous individual that is solution oriented. You will work with a commercial mindset, mitigating risk and guiding your stakeholders to achieve viable solutions. This role would suit an Advisor looking for the next step towards a Business Partner type role.

What you'll get in return
Up to £38K, plus car allowance, plus benefits. This opportunity is in a growing business, so although a fixed term, there may be scope for a longer term role following this contract.
