Are you a motivated people leader and senior HR expert with strategic and generalist expertise who can create and drive an inclusive and values driven work culture?

Hospice UK, the national charity for death, dying and bereavement is recruiting for a Head of HR to lead its HR function and provide strategic HR advice to the CEO, Senior Management Team and operational advice to all staff. 

Hospice UK has a staff team of 80, working in our office in London, operating from hospices in Scotland and Wales, and a team in Northern Ireland. This is a unique opportunity to join a leading national charity at a challenging but exciting time as we navigate new ways of working due to the COVID 19 pandemic and develop innovative ways to enable our staff to deliver our ambitious strategy.

You will bring significant and diverse HR experience gained in a senior advisory capacity and proven experience of delivering culture change projects and sound HR advice. You will have excellent collaboration and communication skills and experience of line management.
