An exciting opportunity has arisen for a People Business Partner to join one of the UK’s largest NHS Hospital Trusts. Based at Southmead Hospital with a basic of up to £53,218 + excellent NHS benefits.

As a strategic divisional People Business Partner, you will work as a key member of the senior management team to clarify, identify and deliver the people implications of strategic business and transformation plans and strategically lead priorities for the people activity to support specific service lines, in line with Trust values and behaviours.

This is a pivotal time to be joining the division as we embark on a transformation programme. You will play a key role within the delivery of workforce solutions, interventions and actions. You will be working collaboratively with leaders (both divisional trust wide), other Trust People Partners and Corporate People functions.

Providing expert Human Resources leadership, you will be partnering and coaching senior leaders to effectively transform services and enable the delivery of the best care to the women and families within Bristol.

THE ROLE: As People Business Partner, your responsibilities will include:

Deliver high quality advice to managers and staff and look towards the continued improvement and development of the People service.

Take a lead role in supporting the delivery of people elements of the transformation agenda facing the Trust, including workforce planning, improvement, organisational change and resourcing , ensuring the provision of intelligent, timely and relevant people advice and support to craft solutions.

Monitor the delivery of transactional people services that support the delivery of clinical divisions, working alongside the People & Transformational Division to ensure performance and quality targets are met and managers receive a high quality service.

YOU: The successful People and Business Partner will have:

Significant operational HR experience with experience of developing the workforce aspects of operational business plans.

Experience of developing and implementing people strategies.

Evidence of leading the workforce elements of key organisational change programmes and devising HR solutions which ensure consistency.
