A professional Recruitment Advisor to join a large property consultancy, based in Winchester.

Your new role

As Recruitment Advisor, you will report to an experienced Recruitment Manager, supported by 2 other Advisors. As part of the wider HR function, you will recruit a variety of roles across the business, predominantly white collar, commercial property roles.

This is a full-time, permanent role in Winchester, with 3 days / week office-based and 2 days / week working from home.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful Recruitment Advisor will have worked in an internal role with strong experience in a fast paced, professional environment providing an excellent 360 recruitment service. You will be able to advise and lead on all levels of recruitment, implement recruitment campaigns and develop strategies to help attract and engage with future talent pools.

In addition, you must be an excellent communicator, liaising with senior stakeholders regularly to advise on recruitment generally and ensure that recruitment processes are being followed, with experience of using an ATS. The business need someone who is professional, reliable and hard-working, who can work well in a busy environment, so you must be extremely well organised and self disciplined. You will be supported and encouraged to promote and champion new initiatives across the Recruitment / HR teams and the business as a whole.

You will receive a salary between £29,000-£32,000 (DOE), free onsite parking, 25 days holiday + BH's, pension matched to 5%, a discretionary bonus and flexible working.
