Your new company
Launched in January 2019, the Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) brings together the free services delivered by the Money Advice Service, The Pensions Advisory Service and Pension Wise.

MaPS are an Arms-Length organisation, sponsored by the Department for Work and Pensions, with a joint commitment to ensuring that people have access and guidance to the information they need to make effective financial decisions over their lifetime. The organisation also engages with HM Treasury, which is responsible for policy on financial capability and debt advice. Working hand-in-hand with stakeholders throughout the UK, the Money and Pensions Service will ensure that money and pensions guidance is available to those that need it, adapting to people's changing needs throughout their lives.

Your new role
The Workforce and Resourcing Business Partner will play a critical role in ensuring the right talent is in place, at the right time, with adherence to MaPS policies and supporting others to deliver their accountabilities. You will:

* Work cohesively with the HR Business Partners on all aspects of resourcing and workforce planning
* Play a key role in managing the flexible resourcing process
* Manage a key relationship with the RPO, alongside other external suppliers
* Interpret data and provide meaningful workforce reports and insights
* Lead a small team of recruitment coordinators
* Ensure the smooth delivery of all recruitment campaigns, championing exceptional customer service and process improvement

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will be an experienced Recruitment and Workforce Planning professional who is also confident in managing and shaping a small team. With an eye on excellent service delivery, you will demonstrate experience using data to drive results and effective decision making, along with the expertise to cultivate a high-performance culture.
