An excellent opportunity for an HR Analyst, within a forward thinking, collaborative, leading Facilities Management organisation.

Your new role
As a permanent HR Reporting & Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for all people data people data and will provide insights and data to support the achievement of the organisation and People goals and KPI's.
You will develop and produce HR reporting for a wide range of stakeholders across the business including senior management, providing analysis using both current and historical information to support and challenge key decisions for the business. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent business relationships and will communicate with internal customers and the team to ensure SLAs and the expectations of the customer are met.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be an experienced HR Analyst. You will need Advanced Microsoft Excel skills as well as experience in using VBA, SQL and PowerBI.
