HR Operations Manager
Oxford (Hybrid working/WFH c.3 days per week)
C. £60,000 basic salary plus Bonus & Excellent Benefits
Our client is a fast paced, ambitious business that has grown organically and through acquisition. The role of HR Operations Manager is a pivotal role, for an ambitious individual to bring a forward thinking approach and drive continuous improvement and change across HR Operations. You will ensure the highest integrity, accuracy and quality of their HR administration and policy and process development to shape and deliver an effective and efficient HR service to this dynamic business. Supporting the HR Director, you will utilise your knowledge of employmenrt law and employee relations expertise across the employee lifecycle to implement appropriate HR processes, policy and associated advisory services, that support effective people management practices, which ultimately supports the business to achieve its objectives and continue as an employer of choice. This is a hands on, standalone role, where you can can make a real difference, delivering a proactive and commercial approach to their HR Service, working in partnership with a talented HRBP team.
As a member of the business unit leadership team, you will support the delivery and communication of all elements of the employee lifecycle to build appropriate HR processes and associated advisory services to support business decisions and drive business performance and a strong culture of engagement, whilst educating line managers and employees to drive ownership and empower manager enablement in relation to the application of company policy and process. Your role will primarily be a facilitator of continuous improvement and exceptional customer service; effectively working in partnership with the HRBPs and HR Director to develop their activity/advice online, lead the employee lifecycle programme management which supports and enhances an evolving business.
To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced HR Operations Manager with strong ER and policy development knowledge, as well as experience of creating governance frameworks across an organisation. Commercially astute, with experience of delivery of a people and customer centric HR service, the successful incumbent will also be able to demonstrate success in delivering change, ensuring effective stakeholder manangement and engagement. The ability to build credibility quickly and contribute to the wider HR agenda will also be required. This role offers an ambitious, tenacious individual the next step in their HR career, supported by a HR Director.
