Your new role
A new and exciting L&D Manager role! You will be involved in the full training life cycle across all disciplines and job roles within the organisation, from analysis and assessment, design and delivery through to evaluation and improvement. Working closely with a number of stakeholders across HR and the wider business, you will be involved in succession planning, the talent attraction and mapping approaches, as well as the people performance activities.You will be involved in the use of a wide range of media and methods to deliver the L&D initiatives and drive the development and evolution of those across the organisation. There is a great deal of appetite to grow this role and to develop the L&D offering across the organisation and so requires someone who is passionate about L&D who can bring lots of positive energy.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience in L&D / training, ideally having worked in a similar role previously. Experience of using a variety of digital and e-learning tools is preferred along with strong analytical and presentation skills. Experience of working within the professional services industries such as accountancy, legal or financial services sectors would be ideal although not essential. This could be a great first Manager level role for an accomplished and experienced Learning & Development Advisor.
