Our Manufacturing client is recruiting a HR Coordinator, for a 12 month FTC to join the HR team in Gravesend, Kent. You will be joining a team of 9 other HR professionals and there will be the option to work hybrid.
Your new role
As a HR Coordinator, you will be supporting the HR Advisors with the smooth and effective running of the HR department. You will provide HR Advice and support to the wider areas of the business as well as ensure all administrative duties within the HR department are kept up to date and carried out within procedure. ]
Working patterns can be flexible, there will be the option to work from home 1 day a week. You can either work Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday, 8am-5pm
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed as a HR Coordinator, you must have generalist HR experience with strong organisation and communication skills. You must also be available to start at the end of September.
