Your Company

A leading global environmental consultancy are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Administrator (Recruitment Support), on a temporary basis, to start as soon as possible.

Your New Role

My client's organisation is going through transformational change to facilitate the growing needs of the business. Within your role, you will support this change by providing an exceptional Talent Acquisition support function ensuring that HR operational and legislative requirements are met.

The key focus of the role is to provide an efficient and cost-effective recruitment service to the business and to support the Talent Manager with all live recruitment campaigns. (There is an Applicant Tracking System in place).

Responsibilities

Within your role, you will support with all Recruitment Administrative needs. It is important that you have strong IT skills, particularly in regard to Excel (updating and maintaining data). You will require excellent written and verbal communication skills and you must be able to multi-task effortlessly whilst prioritising your workload. It is essential that you are system confident, (use of an ATS is highly desirable) and you must be a strong, experienced administrator.

What You'll Need


* Some previous experience in an in-house recruitment function or with an agency is desirable, ideally within a professional services sector.
* Stakeholder management skills.

* Experience of working with ATS systems.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent IT skills - Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and HR systems.

* Ability to work to tight deadlines.
