Your new role
Working as part of a larger recruitment team, you will manage and oversee all contingent / temporary staffing across your dedicated business unit. This will involve briefing agencies on requirements, managing the interview and on-boarding process, as well as dealing with any issues that arise when contractors are on placement.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced recruiter who has experience in dealing with temporary / interim / contingent workforce's. This experience could come from either an agency background or previous in house roles.
What you'll get in return
With Central Birmingham offices, this role has the flexibility to work 1-2 days a week in the office and the remaining time home or office based. This role has arisen as a result of a secondment, so longer term options may be available further down the line.
