Interim D&I Lead - Diversity and Inclusion Specialist - Immediate start - FTSE business - £800- £900 per day OUTSIDE OF SCOPE OF IR35
Interim D&I Lead required to join a leading FTSE business where you will be responsible for designing and developing D&I policy as well as run Gender pay and Ethnicity pay reports.
The successful candidate will have worked in a specialist Diversity and Inclusion role within a FTSE or similar size complex matrix business where you will be able to demonstrate your solid track record of evidence based design and development of D&I policy and practice and experience of Gender Pay Gap reports and (ideally) experience of Ethnicity Pay Gap reports . You will have experience of People Networks/Staff Network Groups and strong skills in Project management, Stakeholder management and Communications. You will be able to create and innovate and capable of piloting and driving new D&I initiatives and work closely with the HR Business Partners and HR specialists on policy development and delivery. Strong stakeholder management and the ability to meet challenging deadlines is also required. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and commit to the duration of the contract.
