HR Business Partner with strengths in Policy Development and Policy Guidance for a large organisation .
Were seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with a background and experience of HR Policy Development and policy advice/guidance to join a national organisation on an initial assignment on a fixed term basis until March 2022.
You will be working as part of a HR Business Partnering team for a national organisation with a focus on the policy and guidance to managers across multi sites on COVID19.
You will also support with complex case work as needed.
* Seeking experience HR Business Partner with generalist backgrounds including Policy development.
* Ideally seeking someone who has experience of supporting complex large scale organisations preferably within the public sector, NHS, Civil Service, Councils or similar.
* Preferable experience in advising/developing and guidance on COVID19 response/practice
This is an initial fixed term contract until March 2022
