My client is a business services organisation focused on adding value to their partners.  Based on site, you will be working daily with key stakeholders to understand and deliver their workforce planning requirements.

This role translates the workforce gaps into the business and through exceptional collaboration, you would be working together to fulfil these requirements. 

As part of the on site team, you will liaise daily with managers and the flexible workers to fulfil their workforce demands, ensuring that all queries are resolved and that you are providing exceptional customer service.

• Demonstrable experience within a recruitment business – agency, in house etc
• Determined and influential person
• Builds exceptional working relationships with key stakeholders and colleagues.
• Can navigate data and interpret and predict potential workforce challenges.
• Bring innovative solutions and ways of working to be able to add value to the client
• Can work within regulatory boundaries and policies.
